      ATTESTATRICE AUTOMATICA MONODISCO MARMO GRANITO RETTILINEA, -have solid structures designed to support and move heavy slabs; – support table made of a thick motorized rubber belt with the possibility of automatically setting material feed to the dimension selected by the machine operator on the keyboard; – cutting residue is dumped with the belt, leaving the belt clean and eliminate obstacles to the work process; – have an automatic 2-clamp workpiece blocking system that ensures total sawing precision; – employ an inverter that controls spindle carriage feed with speed slow down during terminal cutting phases to reduce workpiece breakage and with fast cutting-unit return speed to reduce processing times; – both manual and automatic cycles: the machine operator selects the best cycle depending on the material being processed and the products to be made; – work with 2 cutting systems: single pass or multiple-pass, used to cut thick (up to 200 mm) hard stone and granite. The machine operator sets the depth of each pass depending on the type of material being processed; – controlled by an electronic computer that monitors and manages processing phases and can store 6 different cutting cycles for maximum flexibility and greater reliability; – equipped with an alphanumerical keyboard for setting and selecting cut cycles; – offer machine operators the advantage of custom-size cuts thanks to mobile disappearing locators mounted on the work table; – work with a belt-drive motor/spindle system with the possibility of changing RPM according to the material to be cut; – the disk motor is positioned where it is protected as much as possible from processing waste and jets of water, guaranteeing safety, durability and reliability.
